Dental Coverage for You and Your Family
Cadence Petroleum Group offers two dental plans to help keep your smile healthy. Learn what they cover, how to find a dentist and how to enroll.
Two Plans to Choose From
November 9, 2026 – November 20, 2026
You can pick between the Delta Core Plan and the Delta Buy Up Plan. As the names suggest, the Core Plan is the base option, and the Buy Up Plan generally adds more coverage.
Dental plans usually group care into types, such as preventive care (cleanings and checkups), basic care (like fillings) and major care (like crowns). To see exactly what each plan covers and what you pay, open the plan summaries in the Document Library or read the Benefits Guide.
Finding a Dentist
Seeing an in-network dentist usually helps you pay less. In-network means the dentist has agreed to set prices with the plan.
To check, use the dental carrier's online provider search or call your dentist's office and ask if they take your plan. Contact details for the carrier are in your plan summary in the Document Library.
How to Enroll
You enroll in dental coverage through Employee Navigator, our online enrollment platform. New employees must enroll within 14 days of their date of hire. If you miss that window, you will have only the plans Cadence fully pays for, such as Basic Life and AD&D.
You can also make changes during open enrollment each year. If you have a qualifying life event, such as marriage, divorce, birth or adoption, you have 30 days to change your elections. Tell Human Resources right away.
